THE TEAM
Brenda Pope
Brenda Pope, BSc, MBA, CMC, CISA, has a wealth of consultancy experience that spans a wide range of industries, including private and public sector clients in general insurance, banking, commerce, hospitality, finance, manufacturing, transport and social security.
As a highly-skilled management consultant, she provided strategic planning, change management and institutional strengthening, as well as IRM, IT strategy and governance, project management, requirements analysis, software selection, systems implementation and deployment services.
Brenda’s talents are far-reaching, including:
- Leadership in technology-enabled transformation, business performance improvement and strategic IT and business planning across the Caribbean.
- A demonstrated track record in client transformational and change management assignments, and organisational, process and technology improvement.
- Recognised expertise in ICT, information security and risk management.
A past President of CICMC and the Rotary Club of Barbados, as well as the vice-chair of the Royal Commonwealth Society Barbados branch, she is a regular contributor to local and regional business publications. She also presented on ICT and Business Performance throughout the Caribbean and Latin America.
Brenda constantly leverages her extensive network of local, regional and international consultants to collaborate with and build teams, providing specialist industry and functional knowledge, and any additional skill sets necessary to deliver successful outcomes.
Anton Nicholls
Anton Nicholls, BSc, MBA, PMP, has over twelve (12) years’ experience as an ICT and project management professional across a number of different disciplines, including fintech management and governance, project management, data analysis, software implementation and end-user support. His experience spans a range of private and public sector clients in sectors such as banking, financial technology, general and life insurance, real estate, and entertainment.
He holds a BSc in Information Management from Syracuse University (USA) and an MBA with a focus in Project Management, and also holds the Project Management Professional (PMP) designation.
He played leading roles in the development of Bitt Digital Inc. from a small start-up operating from a private residence, to a reputable fintech corporation employing over 60 persons, including top international developers. At Bitt, his responsibilities included: developing financial transaction processes, building and managing corporate client relationships and increasing brand awareness and customer engagement through strategic events and campaigns, among other things.
During his career, Anton also played a pivotal role in major business transformations at Republic Bank Limited (formerly Barbados National Bank), working on the implementation of BNB’s state-of-the-art Finacle Banking System (FBS) by Infosys. Anton also has experience in independent consultancy assignments at entities in a variety of industries and sectors, including major data analytics and research projects at Sagicor General Insurance.
